Where are Betr meal ingredients sourced from?
Our ingredients are sourced locally! They include grass-fed beef, no added sugars, preservative free, antibiotic/hormone free poultry, fresh wild caught seafood.

Are the meals delivered fresh or frozen?
Meals are delivered fresh every time! They'll arrived packaged in a box with plenty of ice to keep them cold during shipping and delivery. We'll text you a tracking number once your order ships - we recommend trying to be home that day to make sure you can put them in the fridge and/or freezer so that they stay fresh!

Can I freeze the meals?
Yes! Our meals stay good for 10-14 days in the freezer so they'll be there for when hunger hits - think of us as your favorite fast, affordable, and healthy take out option!

What if I'm only ordering for 1 person?
Don't fret! When we say family-style, we just mean that each tray comes with 3-4 servings. This is for easy sharing OR to make meal prep an absolutely breeze! You can save the extra servings for later that week or freeze them if you'd rather save them for the following weeks.

Loosing weight and eating great foods!

I work 2 jobs. That leaves minimal time to think about, let alone prep for healthy eating. One stress I don't have since I ordered my Betr meals is what is for dinner or lunch. It doesn't matter what I grab out of my Freezer in the morning. I know it will taste good and be healthy. I meal prep side salads and fruit snacks to go with and now- the weight is falling off as I enjoy every tasty bite.

Meals are delicious and a good value

I tried my first set of meals and so far so good. It is a lot of food so I put it all in the freezer and am taking it out as I go. I am using it for my family of 3 to supplement other meals that I am cooking. The meatballs, ginger mahi, flank steak and chicken breasts are delicious and super easy to add as a protein. The quinoa and asparagus are tasty. Not a huge fan of the green beans so won't order that again. Still have a few items left to try but I will order again when I run low. I wish there was more guidance on what to purchase for the first time and how to put meals together using the different food items.

I've had two weeks of Betr food delivery orders and I made a point of trying everything on level 1 at least once, and they all taste great, which was a surprise.

Awesome Food and Plenty of Servings

I love the Betr meal delivery service. The food is OUTSTANDING! I loved everything I ordered. I usually order 16 trays/48 servings. PORTION IT OUT AND FREEZE INDIVIDUAL SERVINGS!! In this last order (4 chicken salad, 4 tri-tip, 5 chicken breast, 3 meatballs) I actually got 82 servings. NO JOKE. Each tray of chicken salad can be split into 4 servings, meatballs are huge so two balls are a serving - for 6 servings per tray, etc. The food is outstanding. It makes meal prep so easy. Make mason jar salads, cut up fruits, and boom - you are ready to eat delicious meals! I swear I could live on the meatballs, tri-tip, chicken salad, zoodles, oh I could go on and on!!
